1. Request Info/Join our Enrollment Contact List
If you are interested in TDSD and would like the admissions office to contact you to set up a meeting/ tour OR if you have already visited and want to be notified when our application becomes available, please click here and fill out our inquiry form.
2. Create an Account and Application
APPLYING FOR A NEW STUDENT IN A NEW FAMILY
Once applications are open, please create an account and then Create A New Student Application for your child. Login to begin filling out an application for your child(ren). You will have the flexibility to save your progress and then access your open application at a later time by pressing "save" at the bottom of the page and signing out. Please keep your login information handy, as you will need it to log back in. When you are ready to proceed, go to the Application tab and log in there.
APPLYING FOR A NEW STUDENT IN A RETURNING FAMILY
Do not create a new application account if you are a current family. Please log into your family portal and follow these steps (Disrict Code is TDS-TX): Apply/ Enroll > Application (New Student) > Click Here to Open Application > Create a New Student Application. You will have the flexibility to save your progress and then access your open application by saving your progress and signing in and out of your family portal. To save time, please ensure that you know your username and password to the family portal before applications open. You will need to contact Ms. Tova Ruderman at truderman@tdsd.org to reset your username.
3. FACTS Financial Aid
If you are new to the school and do not yet have a family portal, you can create a FACTS account at this link and fill out a tuition assistance application there. If you are a current family wanting to apply for tuition assistance, please login to your family portal and navigate to the Financial tab, then click Grant & Aid to fill out an application. Please note that we do not offer financial aid for preschool.
What are the age limits for my child(ren)'s grade(s)?
Please take note of which class you are applying for.
- Toddlers: 30 months old on or before Sept. 1, 2024
- Nursery: 3 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2024
- Pre-K: 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2024
- Kindergarten: 5 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2024
- Grade 1: 6 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2024
Before beginning the application, please have the following documents ready:
- Up to date immunization records (Torah Day School of Dallas does not accept the Texas Affidavit Exemption From Immunizations for Reasons of Conscience or any other non-medical exemptions. Your application may be returned if your immunizations are not up to date. Medical exemption requests must be submitted on this form, and are subject to review).
- Birth Certificate
- Previous year's report card (required if entering 1st grade and above)
- Your child's educational or neuropsychological testing documents, if applicable
- Conversion documents, if applicable
- Court-ordered custodial agreement, if applicable
!! Your application will be returned if you submit inaccurate or inadequate docuementation. If registration fills before you are able to resubmit your application, we will be unable to make an exception for your child !!
